What can I expect when I order from The Only Cannoli?
All of our food is prepared to order and should be consumed as soon as possible to preserve the quality of taste and texture. Please let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to provide helpful information. Please note that we are not a full service catering company. We do not provide staff and rental equipment for private parties.
Can I schedule a tasting?
Yes! We offer a complimentary one-hour tasting for two people for our large catering requests. We allow you to sample the flavors we have on our current menu and discuss your needs for your event. Your tasting session can be scheduled via email or phone.
Are there quantity discounts?
Yes! Quantity discounts are available with the following quantities: 30, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250.
If I have food allergies, can you make pastries that are dairy/egg/wheat/nut free?
Unfortunately, we're not able to. We do not operate in an allergen-free environment. Because of that we’re unable to guarantee that any menu item can be completely free of food allergens. We don't recommend consuming any of our pastries if you are allergic to dairy, eggs, wheat or peanuts/tree nuts.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
We’re typically able to accommodate changes made at least one day before your event. Let us know when submitting your order if you anticipate making any adjustments. Otherwise, we will try to be as flexible as we possibly can.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled less than two days before the scheduled event date will be charged 50% of the total invoice. Orders that are cancelled less than one day before the scheduled event date will be charged 80% of the total invoice. Orders that are cancelled the day of the scheduled event will be charged 100% of the total invoice. These charges are to cover foods that cannot be used, labor, and jobs we may have declined in order to accommodate your event.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment for catering is due one day before the scheduled event date. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is gratuity automatically added to my order?
We do not automatically add gratuities to catering orders. We are asked if tipping is customary, to which we respond some customers do and others don’t. That is up to you!
