Are there quantity discounts for cannoli? 

Yes! Quantity discounts are available with the following quantities: 50, 100, 150, 200.

Is gratuity automatically added to my order?

We do not automatically add gratuities to catering orders.

How do I pay for my order? 

Payment for catering is due at  time of booking. We prefer to email an invoice via Clover. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

What can I expect when I order from

The Only Cannoli?

All of our food is prepared to order and should be consumed as soon as possible to preserve the quality of taste and texture. Please let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to provide helpful information. Please note that we are not a full service catering company. We do not provide staff and/or rental equipment.

Can I schedule a tasting?

Yes! We offer a one-hour tasting for two people for our large catering requests. We allow you to sample the flavors we have on our current menu and discuss your needs for your event. Your tasting session can be scheduled via email.

I have food allergies, can you make pastries that are dairy/egg/wheat/nut free?

Unfortunately, we're not able to. We do not operate in an allergen-free environment. Because of that we’re unable to guarantee that any menu item can be completely free of food allergens. We don't recommend consuming any of our pastries if you are allergic to dairy, eggs, wheat or peanuts/tree nuts. ​

What is your cancellation/refund policy? 

Orders cancelled less than one week (-7 days) before the scheduled event date will not receive a refund.

Orders cancelled less than one month (-30 days) before the scheduled event date will receive a 40% refund of the total invoice.

Orders cancelled more than one month (+30 days) before the scheduled event date will receive a 100% refund of the total invoice. This is to cover foods that cannot be used, labor, and jobs we may have declined to accommodate your event.
